In addition to our Istanbul factory, we made a new investment in 2016 in order to create new employment sources and to contribute to the industrialization of our country. In the textile production and export business, we aim to increase our production and exports figures exponentially with the new Mute Socks factory which is equipped with the latest technology.

We work with an unyielding determination in line with these goals and we wish to represent our country on the international stage in the best way possible.

ASKENT YAPI supports the group in the areas of creating new investment plans within the framework of the group’s investment vision, planning and developing the lands of investment and to realizing new real estate investments as supported by market research.

Established in 2008 as a sectoral foreign trade company, TESA Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. works in line with the interests and growth targets of the partnered manufacturing companies and carries out all kinds of activities in line with the principle of transparency among the institutions. Our firm, which contributes greatly to the increase of the export capacities of our country and develops day by day with its expert staff and customer oriented service concept, is awarded export awards every year by the IHKIB (Istanbul Ready Wear and Apparel Exporters Association).

Having started its activities in the construction sector in 1988, our company built high quality, modern and robust buildings, signed under many prestigious residential and commercial real estate projects in the Istanbul area. The company was renamed as TESA Yapı ve Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. in 2009. Continuing its corporate identity studies with branding, TESA Yapı continues to develop branded projects with its own ‘Livza’ brand.
